Motor Trade Insurance

We recognise that smaller motor traders still have the need for comprehensive business insurance. There have been a number of new schemes launched recently and they are being provided by well known insurers including Aviva (Norwich Union), NIG (RBS) and Arista (Lloyds).

Whether you are working from a small unit or from home we now have a policy which provides comprehensive cover and a very competitive premium. All insurers can offer to spread payment on direct debit and instant cover is available.

For one of our schemes we can provide a `road risks` only policy which also automatically provides cover for up to £50,000 of vehicles while on `premises` under the road risks section of the policy. Normally a road risks policy would exclude cover for vehicles at your premises and you would need to add an `all risks` section which adds cost so a neat solution for the trader working from home only needing cover for vehicles.
