The latest Government report confirms the UK economy is no longer in recession. The economy has grown by 0.1% in the last quarter of 2009 and recently there has been falling unemployment figures which last week fell for the first time in 18 months.
The papers are reporting that the recovery will be slower than expected but it is at least a move in a positive direction.
As business grows there is a need to review insurance arrangements to make sure they keep pace with new projects. It is important to stay in touch with your insurer/Broker to make sure adequate levels of cover are being provided. It is possible levels of cover may have been reduced over recent years to reflect to reduction in turnover but as business picks back up the levels of cover need to be reviewed.
